It is our aim to make sure that each and every purchase is a successful one. However, sometimes you might have to return an item. We will work with you to make sure that a mutual resolution can be reached to your satisfaction.
Your item is eligible for a return if it has been 5 days or less from day of delivery and the item is in brand new/unopen condition. We will pay for the return costs if it due to our error.
If it has been over 5 days from the date of delivery unfortunately your order is not eligible for return, however please contact us and we will do our best to exchange it for you or issue a store credit.
Once your return is initiated it can take up to 10-14 business days to be credited back to the original form of payment. Sometimes it can take longer with certain banking institutions.
In rare cases of damaged/defective goods, please send us an email or send us a message through the Contact Us page and we will send you a replacement item(s) or process your return.
